Terms of service

Last updated November 4, 2026

These terms are between you and Universal Connect Enterprises LLC, a Washington company doing business as Sound Venue Leads, PO Box 23674, Federal Way, WA 98093. By signing up you agree to them.

The service

On business days (Monday to Friday) we email you the Washington liquor license filings for your plan's area, usually by 6 a.m. Pacific. The list comes from public records published by the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board. We don't control when or what the state publishes, so some days will have few or no filings, and we can't promise any number of leads or that every filing is complete or accurate.

Plans and billing

Plans renew automatically at the end of each month or year and are charged to your card on file through Stripe until you cancel. Founding members keep their price for 12 months from sign-up. After that we may change prices with at least 30 days' email notice.

Free trial

The Local monthly plan comes with a free trial of 3 business days, one per person or business. You add a card when you sign up. During the trial each morning email shows 2 leads in full. On the morning of your last trial day we email you a reminder with a cancel link. Unless you cancel before 9 a.m. Pacific on the 4th business day after you sign up, your card is charged $29 at that time and every month after that until you cancel.

Canceling and refunds

Cancel anytime with the link in any of our emails, through your account page, or by emailing hello@soundvenueleads.com. Canceling during the trial means you are not charged. Canceling a paid plan stops the next renewal and you keep your leads until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

How you may use the leads

The leads are for your own business's sales and marketing. Please don't resell, republish or share the emails or spreadsheets outside your company. Contact businesses respectfully and follow the laws that apply to your outreach, including do-not-call and email marketing rules.

Limits

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we aren't responsible for lost profits or indirect damages.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll email you before it takes effect. These terms are governed by Washington law. Questions: hello@soundvenueleads.com.
