Sound Venue Leads is a service of Universal Connect Enterprises LLC, PO Box 23674, Federal Way, WA 98093 ("we").
What we collect from you
- Your email address, plan, county and venue-type choices, so we can send your leads.
- Billing details, which go straight to our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages you send us.
We use this only to run the service, bill you and answer you. We don't sell or rent it. We share it only with the companies that run parts of the service for us (Stripe for payments, our email provider for delivery, and our website host), or when the law requires it.
The leads themselves
Leads come from the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board's public notices. We list the business, its location and what changed. We remove owners' and applicants' personal details, such as names, birthdates, phone numbers and home addresses, before anything is saved or sent. Under Washington law (RCW 42.56.070(8)), public lists of individuals can't be used for commercial purposes, so we don't publish them.
If you see your business listed and want it removed from future emails, write to hello@soundvenueleads.com.
We send subscription emails: your daily leads, trial and billing notices. You can stop them anytime by canceling, using the link in any email.
Cookies
Our site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe's checkout page uses its own cookies to process payments securely.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email hello@soundvenueleads.com. We keep billing records as long as tax law requires.
